EPing Moms.. how much do you pump each day?

I seem to be stuck in the 20-24 oz range. I tried Fenugreek but it made me super gassy and made DD fussy like crazy so that's out. I find she's getting more and more formula as her demands increase and my supply doesn't.

How much are you pumping per day and how old is your DC?

30ish ounces, she's almost 3 months old.

Try oatmeal...I got engorged after eating a few servings. Also Mother's milk tea.

When I was EPing I had more success with More Milk Plus than Fenugreek. I was getting 30-32 ounces a day pumping every 4 hours. DS is 3months.

DD is 4 months.

I *was* getting 40+ ounces a day just pumping 3x/day for 20 minutes each. But over the last week, it's decreased Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon I'm down to 10 ounces/session IF I'm lucky...so 30 ounces total. I'm not sure if I add another session if it will help or not.

I want to try oatmeal and maybe an herbal supplement like More Milk Plus or another. I am so mad/frustrated, I guess I was taking my supply for granted. Chat Icon

if you search my posts, this just happened to me. I was freaking out, and posted asking what to do. Wellllll someone suggested it might be AF, and what do you know...a week later she showed up! I'm back to normal. When I EP, I got around 6-10ozs a session, every 4 hrs. I woke up at night also.

Re: EPing Moms.. how much do you pump each day?

My supply went up and down through the year, but I was pumping 32-40 oz a day just to keep up with DS for many months. When he started taking less milk around 8 months old, I started pumping less.

there are times he can drink 4oz at a feeding Chat Icon but its mostly 3.5 oz at every feeding which gets me just enough for him to eat for the whole day... it was stressing me out bc there were days i wouldnt pump that much & i would freak!
