Ever have this scenario?

Have you ever been in a meeting where you are uniquely qualified to do something, more than any one else and others take charge of the decision?

This happened to me today and I almost choked the crap out of someone.

Every.Day.At.Work.

I am supervised by "Business Men" and I am a social worker.

I often have to avoid the office so I don't get agitated by them.

My female co-workers have often joked that we are also missing something between our legs that would make them listen more.
