Feeding a 7 month old finger foods?
I am still feeding her cereals, Stage 1 and 2 baby foods. She doesn't have any teeth yet (well, 2 are coming in now) but am looking to start finger foods. What should I start her on? Do I need to mash it?
Also, on fruits, is it better to peel the skin off?
Thanks.

I give my DS puffs, cheerios....haven't started much else that hasn't been pureed. I would peel the skin off of the fruits, they can be difficult to eat with no teeth.

they don't need teeth. Anything soft that you can crush with your fingers are good to start with. little pieces of bananas were easy for my girls to eat.

In the past few weeks I have given her cheese, pasta, bread, potato pancakes, cheerios, puffs, bananas and very ripe canteloupe...so far so good!
