Fiber One Brownies
Anyone else addicted to these like I am?
For 90 calories and 2 points these are pretty darn good. They hit the sweet spot.
Not to mention they keep you regular

I absolutely love these. They hit the spot when I'm looking for something sweet & chocolately.
Not a fan of the PB ones though...those seemed kind of dry.
5g fiber is a huge bonus for me when I have a high fiber target I need to reach.

I was going to post about these last week! My sister introduced them to me...they do the trick when you need something sweet.
But just a warning..don't eat ghiradelli brownies anytime around eating the fiber ones..I know from experience, lol!

They look good, but when I used the Fiber bars with choc. drizzle, the keeps you "regular" part was too extreme for me! Mary

My mother talks about these all the time. She bought a huge box and BJ's this weekend and was trying to get me to buy them too.
I am way too "regular" to be eating anything like this. I used to eat the granola bars (without realizing it was fiber one) and I started having severe stomach pains...then the light bulb went off! DING!
