First Drs Appt- Baby Aspirin Question
Happy New Year ladies!!! Well... I am at 5 weeks now and insisted on going in to speak with my OBGYN to confim and talk with since I have had a previous mc. He suggested talking baby aspirin daily bc it will help the blood in the placenta. Does this mean I have to take baby aspirin my entire pregnancy??? Anyone else taking baby aspirin? My next appt is in 3 weeks on 1/25, and we're hoping to see and hear our little blueberry!

Re: First Drs Appt- Baby Aspirin Question
I am pregnant with twins and I take a baby aspirin to help prevent pre-term labor. I have been taking it since around 12 weeks and will continue until I am told otherwise!

Re: First Drs Appt- Baby Aspirin Question
I've been taking baby aspirin daily since I'm 28 weeks, long story but its basically bc of my blood clotting which caused stroke-like symptoms.

Re: First Drs Appt- Baby Aspirin Question
Do whatever the doctor tells you. I was on steroids for the first trimester due to the risk of killer cells from my autoimmune disease doing something. Your OB would not tell you to do something that was not completely advisable.

Re: First Drs Appt- Baby Aspirin Question
I take a baby aspirin every day to prevent clots. I was told by my OB that I will stop taking them a few weeks before delivery. I think he said one month before actually.

Re: First Drs Appt- Baby Aspirin Question
I take a baby aspirin every day because I have a copy of the MTHFR genetic defect which can cause clotting problems
