first walking shoe
when your LO starts walking what shoes do you get? where do you get them?

We bought stride rite step 2 shoes. He was in them for the first 4-5 months after he started walking. Then we moved to the step 3.
The stores in deer park (tanger outlets) and new Hyde park (lake success shopping center) are considered outlets so they are cheaper then the stores in the malls. We bought his step 3's for $20

I can't remember what the first brand was, but we went to stride rite as well. They are more $$ but so worth it. They last a good 3 or 4 months and have always been really good quality shoes.
