Re: Food Portion for 12+ months

DD eats about 2 nuggets cut up, a half a cup of veggies or so. She eats mini pancakes and waffles and she eats between 4 and 8 of them. Although, I do think that a lot of it ends up on the floor or in her seat.

12.5 months

We don't do yogurt, but she will eat a mini container of cottage cheese. Basically I feed her until she doesn't want anymore.

DD is 18 months but her portions haven't changed since 12 months. She is a very small eater. We are lucky to get in one silver dollar pancake for breakfast or an eggo waffle. She'll eat 1/2 package of oatmeal with a little fruit in it.

Yogurt we do as a lunch and she eats the whole container plus a graham cracker. Other possible lunches are a half a grilled cheese sandwich & a couple of cut up grapes or a piece of cinnamon raisin toast with jelly.

Dinner is a sad story. I still do a lot of baby food veggies & fruits. She just isn't interested in dinner at all. I make soups often.

Christopher will be 1 on Saturday. He eats:

4 mini pancakes
2 mini waffles (the dog steals these a lot though)
1 container or yogurt
1 container of fruit (the snack cups, pineapple is a favorite)
1 whole gardenburger
2 nuggets

That's all I can think of off the top of my head at the momentChat Icon

DS is almost 18 months... He will eat 1 whole yogurt & banana for breakfast, sometimes even a breakfast bar shortly after.
If he is eating chicken nuggets, maybe 2-3 cut up, with a few fries and fruit.

For dinner a 1/2 cup of pasta with 2 turkey meatballs.

He eats alot though!

Re: Food Portion for 12+ months

Even though DD is only 10.5 months, thanks for this post! I was wondering this today Chat Icon I guess DD isn't eating all that bad considering what you all have posted.

Thanks for making me not worry anymore! Chat Icon

Sabrina is 14 months. She eats a baby sized bowl of Cheerios for breakfast. Sometimes I give her jarred fruit because she still likes it.
For lunch I usually give her a yobaby and puffs or crackers. For dinner she eats a little of what we eat if possible and a small dish of mac and cheese. If she has been eating poorly I give her some rice cereal to fill her belly.
