for those of you using midwives, did your insurance cover everything?
im getting nervous! i'd like to use a midwife but the one i called said they only accept out of network.. which means i'll prob. have a lot of out of pocket fees to pay.
just curious, were you able to find a midwife that accepted your insurance 100%?

yes - Stony Brook Midwives and United Healthcare Insurance.

dang! I live in NJ so the fartherst i would travel is NYC since im about 20 minutes from the Lincoln tunnel.

You should be able to find someone using your insurance web-site. Most have a doctor find tool.
