For those that do acupuncture......
How often is enough during fertility treatments? Twice per week I'm thinking.. Also, do you start it right before your cycle and go all through including during the retrieval/transfer week?
I have gone before, but never during IVF treatments. Thanks ladies!

For those that do acupuncture......
One dr told me not to do it at all that there are studies that shows it can be more harmful than good during IVF. Another dr told me to stop after retrieval

For those that do acupuncture......
I always went once I week and then twice around retrieval and transfer.

1x a week prior to a cycle and 2x a week during.
I stop once I trigger and then see him the day of transfer before or after.
I have consulted with 5 different REs. Only 2 didn't really care about acu. Three others are really for it and showed me studies on how much it improves blood flow to the ovaries and uterus. For me- a girl with poor circulation to start and endometriosis- it has only helped my situation ten fold.

Thanks for the feedback  I keep hearing conflicting things, but I'm hearing more and more doctors are saying it can't hurt. I didn't do it my last IVF cycle, only beforehand for like 4 months. I'm going to start up again a week before I start my next IVF cycle.

For those that do acupuncture......
Im on a break and doing twice a week. It got my FSH level down from 19 to 8. I swear by it and love it.

I have been going twice a week since starting stimming. Before the cycle started I went once a week.
