I hear that jessica seinfeld book has good ideas of how to hide veggies...I drink 1 8 oz glass of the v8 fusion light every day...gets me a service of fruit and veggies which is good...no pg yet but I want to get my body healthy! But the fusion tastes good and not like the regular V8! lol yuck! Plus the light is pretty healthy!

I've been doing the Fusion but then I read the fine print. In order to get a full daily serving you'd have to drink over 5 cups (40 oz) of the stuff.

Hhahahah seriously? wow gotta love fine print! I've been thinking i've been doing so good! lol

Maybe I read it wrong. Check out the labeling. The regular Fusion has an *. That * gives the low down on exactly how much Fusion one would have to drink. I've read it over and over again. It says that you need a daily intake of 2 1/2 cups of veggies and 2 cups of fruit. One serving of Fusion is 8 oz (or 1/2 cup of veggies and 1/2 cup of fruit). Two servings (16 oz) would be 2 cups of Veggies and 2 of fruit. Then you would need one more 8 oz glass to round out the extra 1/2 cup of veggies.

One 8oz glass = ONE of the recommended daily servings of five fruits and/or veggies a day. So one glass is one serving. Yes, you'd need to drink 5 glasses to manage your entire fruit/veggie intake for the day, but you'd also need to eat eleventy billion carrots! (well, not really, but...)

I love the Frusion and would drink that many glasses, but at almost $5 a bottle, I don't think so.
