Re: Full time working moms - questions for you...
Even SAHM's find it hard to find time for themselves. I know because I am one of them.
Being home with Megan all day long, I hardly find time to do this stuff, EVER!!

Re: Full time working moms - questions for you...
I still make sure to shave every day - I hate the feeling if i don't
I got a pedi last week b/c we were going to Fla, otherwise, it's been sinceSept, and I can't remember the last mani I got.
I got a haircut in early december and will probably go in about 2 weeks, but it's tough to find time except Saturday, and DH works so I need a babysitter.
we are talking about trying for #2 - I can't even imagine how I am going to find time for anything!

Not sure if I qualify since I work pretty much work 9:30-5pm but with a train ride I'm home by 6:30pm
Isn't a full time working mom one who works 5 days/week?? At least to me, it is (and by all means you qualify ).
Yes but she said those with long hours. I guess if you add in the commute I would qualify.
Oh ... guess I need to read more carefully (and now wonder if I qualify ).
OMG YES!!! Those hours totally qualify!!!
I have to say - I rarely do the mani/pedi thing anyway for budget reasons as well - but I think how much time that takes when I should be straightening our home instead!!!

I shave my legs pretty often - I don't like it when they get stubbly.
I think my last manicure was on my wedding day. I don't get them because they never last for me.
I haven't had a pedicure since the summer, but that's pretty normal too. I get them biweekly in the summer.
And I just got my haircut and colored on Thursday.
I have a pretty high-profile job so I have to look put together.
Me too - superficially i look put together, but take a closer look and

I remember maternity leave - I don't even think I showered for 8 weeks!!!

Shaving-less in winter, once every other week is needed Mani-Pedi-usually only do Pedi's in the summer anyway-do my own feet in the winter-only do my nails a couple times of year. Hair-get haircut and highlights every 3-4 months.
