Re: Getting ready in the morning (to get to daycare/work)
I swear, I get ready quicker now w a 2 year old & 3 month old than I did before I had kids! I spend much less time on myself & I'm more focused on getting out the door now. DH does help a lot though which is key for me. I change the kids, then bring them into bed w him & I take a shower while he feeds baby. I dress/watch them while he showers & gets ready. Then we both get hats & jackets on everyone, get everyone their vitamins, get together any stuff the kids need for daycare, & head out. I usually give myself an hour and a half. It gets easier after the first few weeks. Good luck!

Re: Getting ready in the morning (to get to daycare/work)
I have about 1.5 hours from the time we wake up to going out the door.
~7:00 Everyone wakes up 7:15 Give kids milk in sippy cups. They play while I take a quick shower 7:30 We go downstairs and I prep breakfast while they play 8:00 They watch 1 show while they eat breakfast while I get dressed and get kids' clothes ready and anything else they or I need for work/school 8:30 Kids get dressed for school 8:45 Out the door for preschool
Preschool starts at 9 and we live 5 min away.
I put make up on in the car. I don't really do my hair. I retie my ponytail in the car.
If I have a meeting and need to look nice, I will prep all their clothes and my clothes the night before. I serve the kids cold breakfast where I don't need to cook anything so I can spend that half hour doing my makeup and blowdrying my hair.
I try to have them eat a healthy big breakfast daily.
