Re: Gimme your easy pork chop recipe...
this is so easy and so good
sprinkle with salt and pepper then brown your chops in a little bit of olive oil on both sides in a large sautee pan.
remove chopped from pan and add dijon mustard and HARD apple cider (I like magners or Original Sin) and deglaze the pan. add a touch of heavy whipping cream and return the chops to the pan to reheat and cook all the way through.
I usually serve this with either rice or mashed potatoes.

Re: Gimme your easy pork chop recipe...
Rachel Ray did a whole big list of ingredient verion of this - I thought it sounded good but was a little complicated - here's my version
Drege pork chops in flour, cook in EVOO. Remove chops when 90% done. Add black cherry jelly/jam and some beef/chicken stock to make "sauce" Return chops/finish cooking.

Re: Gimme your easy pork chop recipe...
I just coat it with a cajun seasoning blend (like Mccormick) and grill it. Serve with applesauce. Really it is amazing, it's how I got DH to eat pork!

Re: Gimme your easy pork chop recipe...
This is from my friend,and it is sooo good!!
~~~~~~~ BBQ Beer Pork Chops * 6 pork chops (thin sliced) * garlic powder * 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer (Corona is the best - I've tried other kinds and they don't taste the same) * 1 (18 ounce) bottle bbq sauce * 1 onion, sliced
* Season pork chops with garlic powder and brown on both sides. Remove from pan. * Pour beer into pan, stir to get all the crust from the pork chops off the bottom of the pan. * Pour in bbq sauce. Stir together. * Add pork chops and onions. * Cover and simmer on low for 1 hour.
The sauce is great on mashed potatoes and as a salad dressing (my mom cuts up the left over pork chops and adds them to a salad with the sauce as the dressing).
Re: Gimme your easy pork chop recipe...
I marinate the pork chops in a teriyaki sauce (I like ken's steakhouse). Bake the pork chops for about 20 -25 minutes depending on the thickness. When they're done, fry up some chopped onions and mushrooms. Add the pork chops to the pan with the onions and mushrooms, cover and cook on low for about 10 minutes, then serve.
