Girls who had elevated FSH how did you get it down

Now I am assuming this is what was high but I wasn't told.

How did you get your number down? What do I take, drink, eat not take drink, or eat? (As I just had a snickers bar and a pack of Chuckles.)

Tell me everything.

Wheat Grass! I hate to say this, but once you have high FSH even if you get it down you are considered high forever.

I love the fresh WG but no where near where I live do I have a juice bar. So, I did the powder form. I cannot swallow a pill but in pill form you have to do like 10 pills a day. Powder is easy. I mix mine in organic apple juice and it hides the horrible flavor.

My FSH was 15.5 once. It has been below 8 since I started the WG.

I use Pines, it is organic. I got it at Whole Foods and I've seen it in my local tiny health food store. Its very green and tastes horrible but after a few weeks your FSH will be down. Plus its very good for you regardless.

I get it at Jamba Juice in the city.

There are a few health food stores that do it fresh too but Jamba is the best.

Also acupuncture I think helped.
