Golden Retriever Owners..come on in!
I have a 5 yr old Golden and I recently noticed that he has developed two cysts on his body. They started out the size of a pea and now I would say they are the size of a blueberry.
I know I need to take him to the vet but I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this?

I would definitely get it checked out! Goldens are very prone to cancer....better to be safe then sorry!

my mom's golden has had two cysts - both have been benign we have had them removed and at 5 i would have them removed
my other dog had a few that were mostly likely cancerous according to vet but we found them when he was 12 - so we never took them off or bipsiepied them - but it did not effect him much he lasted till 17.5 - but like humans cancers don't spread as fast later in life
