Good Sam C-Section Moms
What day did you go into the hospital and what day did you leave?
Just dreading the thought of four whole days in the hospital

I had the c-section on Thursday and was discharged at my request on Sunday. Otherwise, I would have had to stay until Monday.

I went in on Friday morning and came home tuesday morning. they said that I could go home Monday but honestly, I stayed and that extra day made ALL the difference in my recovery...
first time moms are itching to get out of the hospital.
second time moms want the stay to last and last....

I had the c/s Thursday am and was allowed to leave "early" on Sunday.

I think I was there for 3 days, they gave me the option to stay an extra day but I HATED my roommate and the place was PACKED so I couldnt wait to get home. Next time around I'll def. take the extra day!!

You can leave early if you want and your doctor says it's okay. I went in on Friday and was supposed to leave on Tuesday but left Monday instead. They sent a nurse to our house to check on me and DD on Wednesday or Thursday. It's a free service.
The nurse was mean to me though (said I was neglecting DD by not supplementing with formula - after I had been up ALL night trying to nurse her).

first time in Friday out Tuesday
second time in Thursday out ou Tuesday morning... I wanted o stay longer with the second, it was a mini-vacation!
