Meenan. Best oil company I've had.
I hate oil companies in general..necessary evil.
Can't wait to convert to gas.
Meenan is owned by Petro. 
Yes they are but Petro's pricing was above Meenan's. We went with Meenan and their service is excellent.
Petro would not negotiate.

While I agree that talking to a lot of people that have different responses - for any company - is annoying, I think when you get a personal response with a phone number, you need to give a little credit that Jan is trying to make it right.
She's been with Petro for many years and I know she can help. I'm sure if you find the opportunity to give her a chance, you'll get this resolved.
My first year with Petro, I got a lot of deliveries too. But every year since, the scheduled deliveries have been perfect.
I already contacted Janice last week but haven't heard back
