Twice--
Once, in my office with the door closed b/c I made a big mistake (or what I viewed as a big mistake) and was overwhelmed....
Second time, b/c my Grandpa passed away at 10pm the night before (while I was still at work) on the biggest weekend of my entire year and I was trying to get through the day before leaving. My boss ended up telling me to get the h-e-double hockey sticks out of there and go be with my family.

Not at my current job. But when I was teaching I cried just once that I recall. I returned a parent's phonecall right before I had to go pick up the kids from gym, thinking she had a question about the homework or something, and the woman just lost it on me, yelling and saying all kinds of really hurtful things... I knew deep down that it wasn't really about ME, and she was obviously upset about her own issues with the child and taking it out on me. But between the shock of not expecting that, and the hurt because of the names and accusations that had been spoken, and the frustration of having to be the professional one the whole time and just take it from her, I broke down after I hung up the phone. I had to ask another teacher to go get my class while I got myself together.

yes, more than I'd like to admit, but I don't work at a normal office or with normal people.
