have you used Mederma on a scar?
Trying the night cream for recent surgical scars. Looking for anyone's experiences. Thx

have you used Mederma on a scar?
I used a combination of Scar Guard and Mederma on a surgical scar I had on my face about 10 years ago and they worked beautifully. You can't see the line at all which I'm sure has something to do with the quality of the surgeon I used, but I also attribute some to the healing with mederma/scar guard. I would start care a routine ASAP after the surgery which I think helped my healing as well.

Yes, I believe it is available over the counter now. Back when I used it I had to get it from my Dr. but I recall seeing it in CVS/Walgreens recently. Good Luck!
