HE w/d... smelly towels?

I feel like since we got our high efficiency washer & dryer that our towels are a bit smelly. Not dirty smelly, but like didnt dry right musty smelly.

Does anyone have a similar experience? Any ideas of how to solve this?

Aww thanks!! Its a brand new machine and Ive been doing everything everyone says to do... take them out right away, let them dry completely, etc. Chat Icon

Need to keep experimenting! Thanks again!

Re: HE w/d... smelly towels?

I haven't noticed a smell but now I am going to see the next time I do laundry I think it also has to do with the fact that it seems that the clothes don't always dry completely unless you take things out that are dry during the cycle like the instructions say to do. What detergent did you switch to that you don't get the smell anymore.
