Healthy Eats 4/23!
So how are we doing ladies?? i have to say i am so happy because there were 2 days this week where i REALLY cheated(i can't help it! AF is coming!)...but i weighed myself yesterday and still lost 2lbs this week! i am very excited & it motivated me even more Just goes to show that when we are eating healthy - we DESERVE to reward ourselves here & there!
So for today...
Breakfast: Cup of tea, 2hardboiled eggs, special k 90cal. bar
Lunch: 60cal. yogurt w/watermelon, 4slices(serving) of healthy ones lean 95%ff ham
Dinner: Broiled steak, broccoli & roasted potatos
lotsa water!

Congrats on the loss! Awesome!
I have been doing good with the eating but NO working out this week. Yuck, gotta work on that.
Breakfast: 90 calori granola bar and green ginger tea
Lunch: 2 slices of Whole Wheat 45 calorie bread and one slice of American Cheese
Afternoon Snacks: 100 calorie cookie pack and a 2% string cheese
Dinner: My mom is cooking,woot woot. Try to reduce portions

breakfast- special k & coffee
snack- grapes
lunch- ww enchiladas that are leftover from last night- so good & a bag of baked chips
snack- strawberries
2nd snack (its gym day)- light s&s roll with a slice of ff turkey
dinner- chicken sausages & peppers in the slow cooker
dessert- air popped popcorn

Breakfast: tea, 1 and 1/2 packets of instant maple sugar oatmeal, and 1 hard boiled egg (just the whites, I do not like hard-boiled yolks)
Snack: sliced peaches (from a can)
Lunch: either some leftover taco skillet stuff or a WW meal, going home today for lunch.
Snack: 4 oz Dole fruit cup
Dinner: Sauteed tilapia with a veggie and a little rice.
Snack: 1/2 of a vanilla sundae from mcdonald's (i think it's ice milk, not ice cream)

you guys are so good.....i've been trying.....i had to crash diet to fit in my wedding dress again b/c i took pics a few weeks ago but then i ate like a beast for the last few weeks and i started feeling bleh, my pants were getting so tight!
i need to get back in the gym

Breakfast: tea with 2% milk and 1 sugar cheerios and 2 % milk
Lunch: 80cal yogurt with 100 cal goldfish pretzels
Dinner: probably chicken and broccli or something quick don't know yet i have class till 8:30 so
snacks: grapes and i also have a 90 cal Special K Bar

Lunch: tortellini pesto from trader joes
Dinner: not sure yet. I may pick up a salad on the way home.

Breakfast: Coffee & WW Cherry Cheesecake yogurt
Lunch: 3 cheese rigatoni lean cuisine
Dinner: Stew from the crockpot with brown rice
Snacks: Strawberries, plum and kashi go lean bar
Workout: Firm DVD for lower body and crunches on the ball

I do so good during the week and terrible on the weekends. I haven't weighed myself. I need to buy a scale. But, a co-worker mentioned that I looked like I lost weight!
Breakfast: Banana and tea w/ ff milk & 1 S&L
Snack: Manderine
Lunch: Salad w/ ff shredded cheese & ff ranch dressing
Snack: Peanuts
Dinner: Grilled Chicked & steamed veggies.
I only got in one workout this week. Dh has been sick in the hospital so I've been running around for him.

oh - just 10lbs.. my main concern is tightening up and being HEALTHY..eating stuff that's good for my body. i gained around 10 since last summer & just got very "soft" from not excersizing like i used to.. i used to be VERY lean & toned & it's just gone out the window!

DH has kidney stones for the 3rd time in 3 years which is uncommon. He's developing them in both the L & R kidney. He's never able to pass them on his own. He had surgery on Tuesday and is still in pain b/c of the stint. They have to run metabolic tests to find out why he keeps producing these stones!

OH NO! I know that they are very painful! My MIL had them a few months ago and she passed them - very bad! Hope they figure it out soon!!!
