Healthy Eats 4/28
Breakfast- 2 slices of Cinnamon Raisin Toast
Snack- Grapes
Lunch- Lean Cuisine stuffed rigatoni/small salad
Snack- pineapple slices & vanilla yogurt
Snack 2 b4 the gym- 1/2 sandwich pb on wheat
dinner- lean burger on a light whole wheat roll with a salad & baked sweet potato
dessert- strawberries & ff chocolate pudding

Breakfast: 90 calorie granola bar and green ginger tea
Lunch: 2 Slices of 45 calorie Whole Wheat bread with one slice of American Cheese
Snacks: Party at work, so maybe a handful of pretzels? 60 calorie light and fit yogurt - tried my first one last night SO YUMMY! not a huge fan of artificial sweetener so I was surprised
Dinner: Taco night with 93% lean ground beef
Workout: 3 mile walk

Breakfast - FiberOne Bar & NF Decaf Iced Latte
Lunch - Banana and cheerios with NF Milk
Snack - Apple
Snack - Grapes
Dinner - Salad w/mixed greens, bell peppers, mushrooms, pine nuts, dried cranberries, 2 slices london broil and some balsamic vinegar for dressing

Breakfast: cheerios with 2% milk, tea with 1 sugar and 2% milk
Lunch: I think I want to go get tuna fish on whole wheat toast. I don't want my yogurt and pretzels it isn't that filling haha
Dinner: I don't know I get out of class at 8:30 and then DH is working a night shift from 10-6 so I don't have to cook for him. Maybe a turkey sandwhich
Snacks: grapes and 90cal Special K bar

Breakfast: WW cheese stick, started eating my yogurt, but wasn't feeling it so I tossed it, fruit strip and coffee
Lunch: Salad
Dinner: Going out with my aunt and sister
Snacks: dehydrated apple crisps, plum

breakfast: bowl of instant oatmeal
snack: 10 almonds and reduced fat string cheese
lunch: leftover baked chicken whole wheat noodles and carrots
snack: yogurt
dinner: not sure what i will have tonight, either a lean cuisine, some tuna casserole, or an egg sandwich and a side salad...don't really feel like cooking much
dessert: skinny cow chocolate ice cream cone

Breakfast: shredded wheat cereal and tea
AM Snacks: about 10 baby carrots and a 50 calorie caramel rice cake
Lunch: turkey and american cheese on white bread
PM snack: was supposed to have dole mandarin oranges but when I opened the can they tasted funny, so I threw them out. So I had no snack. Might have a few crackers before going for drinks.
Dinner: ??? Going out for a drink or two with a friend, I might grab something to bring home or eat there since DH is working on yet another car tonight.
Dessert: milk and 2 lemon cookies if i am hungry.
