Healthy Eats 5/6
Breakfast: 60cal. yogurt w/watermelon. COFFEE.lol
Snack: Orange
Lunch: Tuna w/lettuce on an arnold sandwhich thin
Snack: 1pt.ww cheese stick
Dinner: not totally sure! Definetly chicken(just not sure what kind) w/greenbeans/carrots and cucumber salad

I am home sick so trying not to eat everything in sight, especially since i had a belly ache all night
Breakfast: oatmeal and green ginger tea Lunch: Ramen noodles Dinner: I am making the recip on the Campbells soup can - chicken and herb soup over chicken served over pasta basically. . . with some other stuff LOL

breakfast: instant oatmeal and a hard boiled egg, coffee 2tsp sugar
lunch: leftover chicken curry with brown rice and an orange
snack: 1 nature valley crunchy granola bar (serving is 2 bars)
dinner: no clue...maybe pork chops with seasoning and brown rice with mixed veggies
dessert: cup of tea, and either a yogurt or another bar of my nature valley granola

Breakfast: 1 egg omelette with 1 slice of american cheese, tea
AM Snack: 5oz or so of dole pineapple chunks
Lunch: trader joe's white chicken with noodles in a sesame ginger sauce - so good and really not that bad for you - 380 calories, only 70 of which are from fat. 33% sodium, but I will load up on water today and try not to eat salty the rest of the day ...
PM snack: 6oz can of sliced peaches
Dinner: DH wanted to go out yesterday for cinco de mayo, so tonight we will have the steak i defrosted, brown rice and cauliflower.

Breakfast: Danon light and fit yogurt and south beach protein bar. Coffee with skim
Snack Skim Mozzarella cheese stick lunch tuna on whole wheat bread
dinner: GIVE ME STRENGTH! I have a work event tonight at Cipriani and i hope there is some healthy food options

Breakfast: bowl of new banana cherrios (yum) with skim, Coffee w/fat free creamer
Lunch: Buffalo Chicken lunchmeat sandwich, celery with peanut butter, and black berries
Snack: Special K bar - it tasted like rice krispie treat YUM!
Dinner: pulled lean pork with bbq sauce, roasted carrots, squash, and zucchini and salad
