Help me plan a Sunday day trip out east?
We're planning on doing a little day trip out east and we usually wing it. But if you've been out there and could impart some wisdom on:
Wineries (we usually go to Pindar)
Apple picking (are they past peak?)
Farm stands/fun stuff to do
I'm also thinking I must stop by Briermere to pick up a pie. Or two. Or three.

Not a fan of Briemere at all. I much prefer Junda on the Main Rd in Jamesport. Cheaper and def better
The big farm out there is Harbes. They have everything. Corn Maze, Pumpkin Picking, roasted corn, on and on. It gets really crowded out east in the fall. Worse then the summer. I would leave early to beat the rush

We went out there last Thurs. We went to a bunch of vineyards bt we really liked Macari, Shinn, and Osprey's.
We went to dinner in Greenport at the Fifth Season and it was really great.

Duck Walk. I like to go to Pindar with a picnic lunch.
There's a corn maze at one of the farms on Sound Ave.
And there's an organic farm called "Eve's Garden"- you will like that place.
