HELP! On minute 25 of CIO for nap
Keep letting her cry, right? I removed the pacifier for the first time. She is 5 months.

Re: HELP! On minute 25 of CIO for nap
She fell asleep around 48 minutes and then woke up after about 28 minutes of sleeping. She still look exhausted. Do you think I can do CIO without pacifier for naps only and still use pacifier tonight? Or is that too confusing?

Way too confusing. She'll get used to it, I promise Just keep up with the CIO and no paci and after a day or two she will be able to put herself to sleep much more easily!

5 months is a young to be doing CIO...they usually dont recommend until after 6 mo. I dont think they understand so young.
