I hope you know the amount of strength you showed by going to the dinner in the first place. MOST of us said we wouldn't go and you did...be proud of yourself for that!!
I also try to live with a theory of everything happens for a reason...and while it's not always easy - when I look back at some of the bad things that've happened to me in my life...it usually is pretty accurate and a bad thing will lead to a good thing...it just may take some time...

I am glad you faced your SIL eventhough it was difficult for you. I think your mom's point about you and your SIL not being PG at exactly the same time is a good one. This way you will have your own spotlight when you get your BFP!

Glad it went well. And I like your new spin on the situation. More cousins (hopefully only a few months older). Twins, does this get any better  Next she'll win the lottery or something...I guess she already did that
