Here is my vent about the rude pet owner
So I took my daughter to the park. This is NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT a dog friendly park. There are signs that say no animals allowed all over!
I am putting my daughter into my car. I hear a little girl yelling Bella come back here. As I turn around this beast of a dog appears behind me and jumps into my car. My daughter is petrified of dogs, hence my choice in parks.
The dog runs through my car and jumps into my seat. The mother finally comes over with cigarette in hand trying to get the dog out of my car. I told her to get her cigarette and dog out of my car and away from my child. I said that dog should be on a leash. She said, you're right I can't argue with you.
My daughter is now crying because of this dog. She is shaking she is so scared. She finally gets the dog out of my car as I am trying to console my daughter she gets into her car and leaves yelling have a nice day.
Now I look at my car. The dog has left muddy foot prints all over my brand new car. Slobber in my car and it now smells like wet dog and cigarette. The inconsiderate byatch if very lucky that I didn't get her licenense plate because I would report her and then bill her for the cleaning that is going to take.
Now if my child had pet allergies how would I be able to get her home since my car is filled with the odor and I am sure dander.
I have had it with inconsiderate pet owners. This was the last straw for me. I will now start reporting EVERYTHING I see that against the law.

OMG that is horrible. To be honest, I would report it to the police anyway. Maybe you will get a good soul that will patrol that area tomorrow and scope it out. Maybe she is a repeat offender and they can catch her and at least fine her for being there with the dog. That would be awesome!

WOW!!!! I am so mad for you! What a nasty witch of a woman to not have her dog that is obvisously out of control on a leash, and to then not even offer any help to you or see what damage her dog did!!! That is horrible!!!

It seems like more and more people are taking their dogs off leash when/where they're not supposed to be. Sorry that happened to you, I hope your DD is ok

Unflipping real!!! My daughters are also afraid of dogs. That would probably scared my girls for life.
Wish you got the plate #. I would do a drive by in the next few days & try to get her liscense #

The park closer to your house, not mine. I think I might ride passed there tomorrow around the same time.
Frankie is going to FREAK when he sees the inside of the car.
D is ok. She just keeps saying Mommy that dog scared me. I said I no but I had you, you were fine. This kid can't catch a break this week.

Don't blame the dog, blame the irresponsible owner.
I am a huge dog lover but things like that should not happen. Luckily that dog was friendly, I assume, and I am glad your child did not get bit or scratched, but I'm sorry you all were so shaken up. Is there a way to report it to the park? Not sure if it would do any good, but that is just completely irresponsible and it sound slike she was not even too apologetic. I have to tell you, I have a large dog, a Bullmastiff, and he is very friendly. One time he had eaten something outside and he had bad diahrreah, he wasn't eating, just had the bad runs for days. Anyhow, I got home from work and he was going to the bathroom in his crate, that is how sick he was. I quickly grabbed him by his collar and led him out the back door so he would finish outside. Usually we have a training collar on him from his school, but this happened so fast. Suddenly this little kid from the other side of the woods by my house is playing were we can see him, he wandered away from his house. He was like 2 or 3. He yells hi doggie! I look up and I wave, my dog is doing his business. (MY dog is GREAT with people, babies, anything, plus I have him right next to me and he is sick.) Mind you the kid was a good distance away, then one of the other kids called him and he starts to RUN. Which immediately triggers my dog to do the same right after him. The kid falls, my dog catches up and is licking the kids face like crazy. I call Brody off, he goes back to my property and I take him inside. The kid ran home. I immediately walked over to the house and picked the little boy up and apologized to his mom, who my DH knows pretty well, they have all lived there forever and there is a little path thru the woods between our homes. She thanked me for coming over and she said the kid was fine, blah blah, but it scared the crap out of me. And I felt horrible. Luckily we have a new fence and Brody can't get out now. I didnt mean to go on about me, but my point was going to be even though my dog is super friendly, he can easily knock a kid over or scratch him, or cause an allergic reaction. So I take repsonosibility,and this jerk seemed like she couldnt care less.
