In Seaford there is a small one I forgot the name of the street but it's up the block from Mulchaheys it is EXCELLENT!

Showa In wantagh, It is unbelieveably good, blows all the other places away.
The owners are the best, they are so friendly and go out of there way for you!!!!
Its on Wantagh Avenue

also, in Farmingdale on Main St. (not too far east of nassau) is Wasabi! Only problem is they lost their liquor license, not sure if they have it back yet. If you want to drink, might not be the best spot

There is another one on Wantagh Ave that is about a 1/2 mile north of the southern state in the shopping center with CVS. It is called Yummy Hibachi. Very good!
