Holy COW cramps!!
Talk about wake u from a dead sleep. I thought the days of cramping were over i guess not. I just woke up and chugged a lot of water so that might help. Any other 3 tri girls have some bad cramps?

I have been having some pain under my belly button. Just an uncomfortable feeling. I think  is preparing to move on out soon.

Yeah-- I have been woken up every night for the past three days with period like cramps. I don't really notice them during the day, though.
