Hosting PC party

I'm hosting a PC party. I am having about 9 - 10 friends over at 6PM on a Thurs night. The consultant will be making a pizza and a dessert. I was just going to have some stuff to nosh on, but DH thinks I should get more food since it's "dinner" time.
I told him most girls usually nosh on apps and the person is making the food. Plus, I didn't really say I'm serving dinner.
Thoughts on what I am having -

guacamole
hummus
mango salsa
assortment of different flavored dips I got at Wegmans
Stacy chips
Tostito chips
veggie platter
flat pretzel crisps
bowl of MnM's
sangria
white wine
sodas
water

I think that's enough especially since we'll also be having the pizza and a dessert made during the party.

Thoughts?

that seems like enough to me. i think most girls would rather pick and dip over a meal anyway. plus the pizza is the meal.

That seems like enough, I might add in a cheese platter since wine and cheese go well together Chat Icon

Are you doing the wegman's rye dip. If so, can I come!!!

I think it sounds great! If anything, maybe something like shrimp cocktail or pigs in a blanket to have a little protein in case anyone did eat dinner but I think you're fine either way.

It's my favorite thing on earth with a bread bowl! It's in the little fridge in the bakery near the fresh breads. And now I officially need to plan a road trip upstate for this stuff!
