Breakfast:
1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
1/2 cup applesauce

Lunch:
University Club = Stuffy but yummy.
6 oz. grilled salmon
green beans

Coffee w/ some whole milk and 2 sugars is my snack.

Dinner:
8 brown rice crackers
6 oz. ground turkey
1/2 baked sweet potato
2 tbsp ketchup

Probably something before I head to the bar. I will only have ONE drink!

salad: grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella, portabella mushrooms, roasted red peppers, chopped tomatoes with balsamic vinegar

vitamin water

snack
a few bits of dark choco bunny

dinner
grilled pork chops over avocado salad (spinach/mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, cheddar cheese)

snack
homemade Eiskaffe

gym:
30 mins stair climber.

Happy Monday evening to all.

I had two drinks on Friday night and ate a mess load of cap'n crunch last night as my cheat meal, I guess. I just really wanted some cap'n.

Anyway, today:

9 am
1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
small apple

noon
can of albacore tuna
1/2 cup chickpeas

5:30
6 oz. ground turkey
1 tbsp ketchup
1/2 cup peas in olive oil with paprika

6:30pm
1 cup of strawberries

8pm
handful of cashews
1 soy/egg/wheat/dairy free chocolate cookie (yeah, it tastes as good as it sounds Chat Icon)

[because they are my new favorite fruit]

1 slice turkey, 1 slice reduced fat swiss, 4 rice crackers

ok....I know we all go through our spurts of being good and posting every day and then being bad and not posting at all.....I'm happy to report since starting my summer job, which has me walking 3-5 miles a night....I've lost 6 lbs this week!!!!!Chat Icon Chat Icon

Let's hope it stays off!!!
