AM Snack - Orange
L- Egg salad with light mayo (no bread), almonds & grapes
PM Snack - Carrots
Dinner -leftover meatloaf & veggies

8am 2 eggs whites (not enough food but i was SO busy at work) coffee
9am: a few fresh strawberries
12pm tuna on lite ww bread celery apple slices (about 1/2 an apple)
3 pm: sm container of lowfat yogart handful of almonds
7:30pm grilled chicken cutlets grilled veggies (fresh zucchini, broccoli, onion) 1/2 cup brown rice w/ salsa and spinach
GYM: Upper body strength and 30 mins cardio

morning: squats, leg work
breakfast: ww bagel toasted, 2 slices muenster cheese and mustard english bkfst tea, milk one sugar
lunch: salad: grilled chicken, mandarin oranges, fresh mozzarella, chopped tomatores, roasted red peppers, balsamic vinegar. mini pretzel sticks
snack: more pig for the piggie??
dinner: steak, chimichurri, black beans, rice, platanos...salad
snack
gym: abs, stairmaster (30 mins...lordy lordy)

12:30 1 cup arugula 4 oz. grilled chicken 1 tbsp ff raspberry viniagrette
6pm 1 slice of turkey 3 oz ground turkey 1/2 baked potato 2 tbsp ketchup
7pm 1 cup grapes 1 oz cashews
9pm 10 brown rice crackers 1 tbsp jam 1 cup PB cap'n crunch

7 am: 1 ww bagel with 2 wedges of laughing cow cheese
1 small vanilla nonfat latte with sugar free syrup from starbucks
11 am: 1 cup light and fit nonfat vanilla yogurt with 1/2 cup of light granola
12 pm: 1 cup green beans with 1 tbsp lowfat blue cheese dressing and 1 tbsp lowfat bacon bits.
Now Im full, but only 8 points left for the rest of the day

Heres my usual daily food intake (god im boring and predictable during the work week)
8am: 2 eggs whites handful of almonds
10am: 1/2 apple sliced and 5 large fresh starwberries
12pm: tuna w/ lite mayo on lite WW bread celery
3pm: low fat yogurt
8pm: chicken w/ pea and tomatoes and whole wheat pasta
Gym: 1 hr SPIN class

Lunch Baked breaded chicken tenderloins 1/2 cup mashed potato
Late afternoon 1 cup strawberries
Dinner Probably more chicken and mashed potato

Breakfast:
WW bagel with 2 tbsp light philadelphia onion and chives cream cheese
1/4 cup raspberries
Went to gym, did about 15 minutes of weights and then 1 hour on treadmill
Lunch: 1 cup thin spaghetti with 10 shrimp
Dinner: I have a date tonight and going out to eat, so I dont know how well I am gonna do there! Going to try to make some good choices, but I dont want this guy to think Im some kind of psycho dieter or something!

During Lost Pear 1/2 cup grapes handful of cashews

dinner burger, gouda cheese, lettuce and tomato on a toasted english muffin potato "chips" (thin sliced potatos, tossed with olive oil, s &p, and roasted) raw baby carrots
snack: ice cream with walnuts
exercise: 2 mile run (fast pace, incline), abs/arms.

8:30ish ~broccoli while I drooled over the fondue that I couldn't have
~Salad with some kind of dressing that wasn't creamy topped with a little bit of gorgonzola, apples and salmon
~pineapple chunks as I inhaled the heavenly smell of chocolate fondue ~raspberry sorbet with some chocolate fondue because I NEEDED it.
