I'm having an awful day so far because I missed breakfast.
12:45pm: 3 oz. grilled chicken 1/2 cup brown rice diet sunkist
6pm: 6 oz. ground turkey 1 cup peas 2 tbs ketchup because I'm an addict
9pm: Heaven in a bowl aka - 3/4 cup Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch 1/2 cup rice milk handful of grapes
During Lost: 1 cup of puffins (I need to crunch on something b/c I was angry) handful of cashews M to the LO, congrats on your 4lbs!

you're all gonna laugh at me today
exercise: squats and lunches in the AM. no gym today
breakfast DD coffee roll (needed something quick)
lunch: half turkey club sandwich fries Magners Cider
snack handful of nuts (I want to say something, but I'll refrain ) very small slice of sugar free cheesecake (just to taste it)
dinner: beef patty and coco bread (can't turn the really deally down)
snack: I hope nothing, but I am a pig, so probably ice cream.

I doubt i will keep up w/ this but i will try
9am- 3 eggs whites 1/2 apple
12pm- Tuna and celery on lite WW bread other 1/2 of apple
4pm- Lite Dannon Yogurt
Dinner will be around 7ish- Im sick today so im making egg whites again and maybe a WW english muffin
I feel YUCKY!!

I had a conference all day yesterday so I didn't bother updating (although I did manage to eat only one slice of a hero and stayed away from the brownies!!)
Thurs 4/12
AM Excercise: 45 min cardio 15 m jump rope, 30 min treadmill
Breakfast 4 egg whites
Late Morning 1 apple 1 cup bean salad (white beans, onions, tomato, cucumbers, lemon juice, olive oil, salt) - I was hungry!!!! So I whipped this together... Lunch 1 BBQ chicken thigh 1 baked potato
Dinner Indian Take-out (all Lanabean's fault!!) Chicken Tikka Raita 1 slice Naan
Snack fat free sugar free chocolate pudding

9:30am 1/2 cup grapes
10am 1/2 cup cottage cheese
1pm spinach salad w/ grilled chicken, chickpeas and dried cranberries
6:15pm 6 oz. ground turkey baked potato 2 tbsp ketchup followed by 1 cup strawberries
8:30pm 1 cup puffins 1 cup of rice milk

12:30pm 1/2 cup brown rice 1/2 cup mixed veggies 1/2 can of grillled chicken chunks 10 Edamame
2:30 10 Edamame 1 Small Apple
4:00 Pure Protein Shake (35g protein, 3g carbs)
5:30 Tunafish w/ lite mayo (no bread) 1/2 cup brown rice
8:00 crab stuffed Talapia w. 4 pieces of Asparagus & garlic (sauteed in olive oil)

2. BIG plate of chicken pad thai, extra chicken. I haven't had a hot meal in weeks!!

yesterday was a disaster.
today
breakfast coffee, 2% milk, one sugar Smart Start cereal in 2% milk
lunch: salad: mixed greens, eggs, grilled chix, feta cheese, chopped tomates 3 pretzel rods and a few Doritos
will probably have another coffee soon, and maybe a small snack
dinner: 1/4 tuna sandwich carrots bowl of cereal
snack:
ice cream
exercise: cardio 30 mins on the stair master tricep dips abs
M to the lo!!! (a low cal wine spritzer )

Probaby an apple before I go out for drinks. I will either have one or so many that I'll lose count and wonder how we got home.

AM workout ~40 m cardio (jump rope and treadmill) Also crunches, push ups, some squats
Breakfast 1 samosa and some Raita I couldn't help it!! The leftovers were calling my name
Late morning 1 pear
Lunch 1 BBQ chicken thigh 1 baked potato
Dinner ???????? I really should eat leftovers but we may go out

dinner: baked spaghetti w/meat sauce (leftovers)
dessert: 2 sugar cookies (I'm out of control)

4/16 weekend, food wise not so bad...but um, do pitchers of sangria count
Breakfast coffee, 2% milk, 1 sugar toasted whole wheat bagel, 2 slices muenster cheese and mustard tea: english breakfast with bit o' milk, one sugar
lunch: salad (chicken, avocado, tomatoes, cheddar, egg whites over mixed greens)
snack ear of a chocolate pig
dinner: baked chicken (breast for me, thighs for hubby) with potatoes, carrots, squash either corn or salad
entenmann's cinnamon bun, tea (SAA)
gym: running, stairmaster. abs and arms.
