Breakfast: 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt with 1/2 cup light granola mix (5 points)
1 tall nonfat sugar free vanilla latte from Starbucks (2 points)
Lunch: dragon lo mein smart ones WW ice cream bar (7 points)
Another starbucks coffee
Dinner: Asian chicken salad from McD with crispy chicken (I asked for grilled and they gave me crispy ) with 1/3 of the dressing packet (9 points)
5 boiled shrimp added to the salad (2 points, may be one but I dont have a scale to weigh it so I am counting it as 2)
Total 25 points, 2 over daily so flex points used.
I was really hungry today for some reason, just when I thought I got over the hunger in the beginning, I hope its not making a comeback
On a lighter note, my first weigh in today: down 2.8 lbs!!

Hi ladies. It has been a while since I posted my meals on here. I'm still doing well. Down a total of 21.5 pounds. 4 pounds until I reach goal weight!!!
Breakfast: Coffee w/ half and half = 1 WW Vanilla yogurt = 1 1/4 cup blueberries = 0 1/4 cup strawberries = 0 1/2 cup rice krispies = 0.5 (this was delish all mixed together) Total =2.5
Lunch: Potato and broccoli cheddar smart one = 4 1 cup grapes = 1 Total = 5
Snack: WW Chocolate smoothie with 1 cup 1% milk and ice blended together -3 Total = 3
Dinner: 4 perogies = 4 1/4 grilled onions = 0.5 1/4 cup FF sour cream = 1 2 cups mixed greens = 0 2 tbsp light balsamic - 1 Total = 6.5
Total = 17 pts Remaining = 2 pts. - hmmmmm

Lunch: garlic and chive hummus on pita (5 points)
Dinner: 1 california roll (3 points) 1 salmon avocado roll (3 points)
Dessert: 1 skinny cow mint ice cream flying saucer thing (2 points)
Total 24 points.
This morning I woke up with the room spinning, I was freaking out. I know its probably because I need more water, but I just dont feel thirsty. That is my new goal, is to try to get the water down every day.

4/24 breakfast iced coffee. 2% milk, one sugar small Guatemalan pan hopefully I will eat something else soon. still hungry

dinner: tacos, I think
gym: stairmaster, abs, arms

4 rice crackers while making dinner
6pm 6 oz. turkey burger 1 tbsp ketchup 1 cup peas sauteed in olive oil with paprika (my new addiction)
8pm applesauce 3 slices of turkey 1 slice swiss cheese
9:30pm blue corn chips (1 oz) handful of cashews
I felt ravenous the whole night.

8:30am 20 grams whey protein (soy and lactose free!!) in 6 oz. water
Noon - I was hungry at 10 but couldn't get out for food can of albacore tuna 1/2 cup chickpeas
9 rice crackers while making dinner
6:30pm 6 oz turkey burger 1 tbsp ketchup 1/2 cup peas with the olive oil and paprika because I am predictable.
Snack 1 cup of strawberries. I put some sugar on them. They were begging for it.
Then later - handful of cashews 3 slices of turkey with mustard

It's been a LONG time since I've posted on this thread. I just can't seem to get back into it. I need to be more conscious of what I am eating. The evenings have been horrible. I'm good all day then start eating like a mad woman.
I guess there's no time like the present.
Thursday 4/26
Breakfast: 1/2 cup skim milk (1 pt) 3/4 cup Honey Bunches of Oats (2 pts)
Snack: 1 med. pear (1 pt)

Hollie, you'll get back into it.
I haven't been tracking my gym time, but I weight train 3x per week, do cardio on non-lifting days - it's been three weeks and all of a sudden this week there's major change. I almost gave up on weight training last week but now I'm obsessed with it.
Breakfast: 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese 1 container thing of unsweetened applesauce
Lunch: 5 oz. grilled chicken 1/2 cup peas
Dinner: 5 oz. ground turkey 1/2 sweet potato 2 tbsp ketchup 2 slices of turkey 1 slice of swiss cheese
Snack: 4 strawberries with SUGA
3 slices of turkey
5 cashews
1 cup almond milk
(I didn't eat them all at once)
