Hotel and sleeping arrangements with kids
We are staying in a hotel next week. My boys are 5 and 3. We were just away recently, but stayed in a timeshare and the boys slept in sleeping bags. When we stayed in a hotel before that LO was 2 and would sleep in the PnP and older DS slept on the other bed with pillows so he didn't fall off. Both boys move around a lot in their sleep so I don't want them hitting into each other. How do you do sleeping arrangements in a two bedroom hotel? It's a suite so should be bigger, but still two beds. I know they'd fight which parent to sleep with if we decided that so figured better to have them together. Do you put a pillow in-between if they move a lot? Any ideas? We've been away a lot, but this is the first time they're not on their own bed, in a sleeping bag and LO is not in the PnP. Thanks

Bring 2 pool noodles and stick them under the sheets on the sides to create a bumper, and then put pillows down the middle in between? Or if you dont want to bring pool noodles, roll up a bunch of towels and stick those under the sheets on the sides?

Re: Hotel and sleeping arrangements with kids
I'm no help because so far we've just split up and each took a kid in separate beds. When they both wanted to sleep with me, they both just slept in my bed. DD did fall out of bed one night while sleeping with DH. Luckily, she didn't even wake up and wasn't hurt. I didn't really sleep after that for the trip, I'd just stay up making sure no one was getting too close to the edge. Fun times.

we get a king and put the 3 boys on the floor in sleeping bags - I usually grab a blanket from the closet to put under them - they prefer the floor to beds when we travel so I go with it

We put one on a chair & if possible, the other in a crib (she's 3).

That's what we usually do, but I didn't think about the sleeping bags since we can get a two bed suite. We bring the sleeping bags for the one bedroom timeshare.

Re: Hotel and sleeping arrangements with kids
I've always just put them in bed together and just thrown some pillows on the floor and hope for the best. Lol

Re: Hotel and sleeping arrangements with kids
We either take one in bed with each of us and My youngest sleeps in a blow up that has bumpers.
Or they all have cots that fold up and we bring those
