Re: how do you deal with a next Door neighbor putting up a trampoline
I wish we had kids next door that my kids could play with! (I am an anti-trampoline mom so I understand why u don't want your kids playing on it though.)
I'd figure out a way to get a fence put up now.

how do you deal with a next Door neighbor putting up a trampoline
We have a somewhat similar issue with our neighbors. They have a playhouse right up against the fence between our properties and their kids like to climb up and sit on the roof of the playhouse and stare down into our yard. Its awkward when we just want to relax and play with dd or are doing yard work and they're pretty much hovering over us watching us. I always wonder why their parents don't tell them its rude, let alone dangerous.

Re: how do you deal with a next Door neighbor putting up a trampoline
Unfortunately I think the only thing that will help all this is a privacy fence. It will feel liberating.
Having my neighbors and their kids (friends or not) in my business while I'm in my own backyard would drive me bonkers.
This is why DH and I want to buy a property big enough that we dont have to fake wave to people when we step outside. We sound like hermits.

Honestly? I think you're wrong. It's like when someone told me I should not chew gum on the subway and I told them they should look into driving to work. You can't control that type of situation unless you move to a place that's more secluded. I'm sure the fun will wear off soon anyway. My kids were all over the bounce house for like two weeks and now they don't even look at it.

Now how to go about explaining to my 5 year old that she is not allowed to jump in it and all they do is call her name saying watch us jump riley do you see what we got. Blah blah blah.
Seriously?? How old are these kids. They sound like jerks :(
6 and 3 both girls
Honestly they sound like typical kids that got something new.
Yeah, typical JERK kids, lol

FTW I didn't even notice!
LOL. It was bothering me since I first read the title but I didn't want to stay anything. LOL
LOL Door sorry I was typing in such a rush!! Thanks for spotting that I have no problem laughing at myself!
I get it! LOL What kills me is when I am reading a book and see something like that. I mean arent' they supposed to have editors? I was reading this weekend and I saw:
"All of the sudden, he came running up the driveway"
Ummm...it's "All of A sudden...."
Drives me nuts. Maybe I missed my calling in life. I need to be an editor!
you could sit on here and do it!! LOL

I know I can't control the situation My frustration more then anything now is there is going to be an accident either it is going to fall over since it is not a level ground at all and hit into the chain link fence which is sharp on top. Yes I agree 100% they will get bored with it just like my kids do with the toys and stuff in our yard. thanks everyone for letting me vent I see everyone's point yes we will be getting a fence hopefully sooner then later now.
