6/8 weeks disability. I'm going to try to work in using my vacation time for 2 weeks so we don't go broke. DH will take a week of vacation time.

6-8weeks depending on type of birth. I can take up to 3months using vacation and sick time. I don't think dh gets paternity leave but I haven't looked into fmla

6 or 8 weeks if c-section
If I have to go out on bed rest or something I get up to 26 weeks on short term disability
No paternity leave for DH

they are giving me 3weeks paid
6-8weeks std depending on birth. not sure how long i will take. it all depends on how will we do paying off bills and saving money.
dh is going to find out about paternity. even if he doesnt get it he has so many vacations days saved he plans on taking 2weeks off.

12 weeks. 6 weeks of it is short-term disability at 70% pay. I'll also use 3 weeks vacation at 100% pay. So I'll only go 3 weeks unpaid. I might go back a week early so I only miss one paycheck instead of 1 and a half paychecks.

This almost exactly. I will get 6 weeks disability for vaginal 8 weeks for c seciton.
However, my company just rolled out a new family leave program which will supplement the STD so you get your full pay IF you've been with the company for 5 years or more. That's MEEEE  This is the first year they are doing this and I just made 5 years so I am thrilled.
So that being said, I will have 6 weeks full pay for vaginal, then using 2 weeks of PTO I have accumulated, and taking last 4 weeks unpaid.
DH does not get paternity :( he will take what he has in PTo which is less than 2 weeks.

With my company its 6 weeks for vaginal birth 8 weeks for a c section. I took 12 weeks. I had a csection so I got paid for the 8 weeks and the additional 4 weeks are supposed to be unpaid but I used my sick time and got paid for the entire 12 weeks I was out.
My husband does not get paternity time.

I should have about 1 week of vacation time left that I can use and then the 6 weeks of short term disability.
I guess I will see what the $$ situation is like and how things are going at home, maybe I'll come back after 8 or 10 weeks if I have to.

3weeks vacation 100% paid then 8wks nys disability then 6weeks STDisability, my co pays 66% of my salary the 1st 6 weeks then 44% of my salary for the rest

Im out for 12 weeks so, Im taking 7 weeks unpaid.

They give us 4 weeks paid, before our due date.
Then 6 or 8 weeks depending on type of delivery.
Then we can use whatever time we have accrued - i will have at least 5 weeks of unused vacation time plus whatever other time i can save up by then (right now i have about 100 hours). Then we can take up to one year unpaid leave of absence.
No paternity leave but they usually let the father take vacation time, so dh will prob take a few weeks.

I get paid for whatever vacation days I have remaining (which won't be many, since I'm due in June, and our "year" starts in July), then up to 6 weeks disability, which is a whopping $170 per week. After that, I have another 6 weeks unpaid through FMLA.
DH gets two weeks paid paternity leave, I believe.

i get zero days from work paid...and i get to use my 4 whole vacation days
hubby on the other hand works for the county and is taking 3 full weeks and 2 part time weeks off all paid!!! lucky him lol

Since I have been at my company for over 1 year, I am eligible for 8 weeks full pay then 4 weeks at 50% of my salary. I plan to use unused vacation days on either end of my leave depending on the situation.
DH gets 2 weeks paternity leave as well.

I get 6-8 wks of disability depending on my type of delivery. I have 2 wks pd vacation that I can add to that. I then can take about 3 unpaid wks off.
My plan thus far is to take the full disability time that I can and then take 1 wk off of paid leave.
My DH does not get paternity per say but he is in a male dominated profession and they allow new father's to change around their work schedules so they get time off w/out using their paid time. It just happens to work out that DH's vacation starts 2 days b/f my due date so he will be home for abut 6 wks.

DH is using saved vacation time and taking 3 weeks.
I get 0 paid. I took a week off before my sch CS. I do physical work and just couldn't do anymore. Im taking 8-9 and will collect NYS ST dis.

I'm not exactly sure. I'm due July 8th and plan on taking all of July and August off. I have enought sick and vacation days to cover me for the two months, and even some of June, should I go early. So using those days, I'll be able to get full pay.
I work at a college, and the beginning of the semester is crazy so I plan on going back Sept 7, but taking every Friday in September off to transition.

2 weeks before EDD,12 weeks full pay After birth+ I'm taking 4 weeks vacation. DH gets 3 days, he will be taking 1 week of vacation.
