How long is your dh staying home with you when you have the baby?
DH works for himself but will have to work most days. But he is flexible so he can stop by during the day and be home early or go in late if i need help.
He is taking time off a few weeks after baby gets here for vacation so it works best for us. Plus i have help from friends and family too so i dont feel the need to have him home all day.

How long is your dh staying home with you when you have the baby?
Probably 2 weeks like he did the first time. And potentially a week or so afterwards too to avoid us having to start daycare as long as possible.

He'll def be home that 1st week. After that he'll probably go to work 2 or 3 days the 2nd/3rd week and work from home the remaining days.
I'd rather DH save some of his vaca time to take once I go back to work to make the transition easier or for days when my mom can't watch the baby.

With both kids DH was one with me for two weeks. Thank god too, post C-section I reallllllly needed him there to help with the baby and to help me as I recovered.

a week if I'm lucky! I really want him to take a certain week off between when my parents are here and when my BFF comes to visit, but he is as of today taking memorial day week, which is the same week my parents will be here!

I'm lucky enough to have my DH home with me for a month after the twins are born. They give him 2 weeks and then he is taking his 2 week vacation then. I'll need all the help I can get with giving birth to my twin babies!!!! Gosh, I love them so much I can't wait for them to be born!
