How long were your DC wearing 0-3 mos clothes?

I am due in a few weeks and just did my first round of baby laundry today. I think I have just WAY too many 0-3 mos. clothing.

So ... just wondering how long your children were able to wear that size and perhaps you can mention the size of your baby at birth.

E was 6'7, and pretty true to size. She was in 0-3 for a good 3 months (probably could have gone longer but it got cooler so the summer stuff went away). Some 3-6 in that time also, but they were big on her.

I had the same thoughts.

Logan was 8 pounds 9 ounces and some of the 0-3 months are way big on him so I see them lasting for a while.

I'm trying to make sure I don't repeat outfits though.

Ava was in 3-6 very early on because she was SO long. At first, we had to run out and get newborn clothes because she was so little, but the next thing we knew, so was a gigantor! But so skinny. I swear, I still have to roll her waistband. THank goodness it's capri season, she can wear some of her 12 months pants and have them look like pedal pushers

DD was 6 lbs 7 oz at birth. She is now 8 weeks old and weighs about 10 lbs and is just outgrowing newborn cloth and starting to fit into 0-3 size clothes, but they are still big.

DD was 7lbs 1oz when born...so far she's been pretty true to size. She's now 17lbs.

dh and i are very tall so we figured our dd would be big too....nope....she still wearas some 0-3 at 8 mos! and is just starting in 3-6!!! she was 6 lbs 14 oz, 6 lbs 5 oz when we brought her home and she is perfectly healthy just beats to her own drumbeat when it comes to growing and gaining weight!

just a few weeks for both my kids! I find that the more they are washed, the smaller they get. I had both my kids in the 3-6 months by 2 months old.

DD will be 2 months old next week and 0-3 mos clothing is still HUGE on her. It's a good thing since I have a TON of outfits for Summer in that size.

DD was 6lb 7oz at birth and she wore the 0-3 till she was 3 mths old...some of the outfits even till she was 4 mths , depending on the brand, Carters always seems to run a little big on her.

I just put them away not too long ago and Andrew will be one tomorrow He is a little peanut

Sabrina was 7lbs 9 oz at birth and she wore newborns for a week or two and then 0-3 until 2.5 months. By 3 months they were all packed away.

She was 6pd. 9on when born so she wore those clothes the longest I think-probably about 2-3 months. Her 3 month old clothes she wore the shortest amount of time- only about 2 weeks before we were in 3-6 and 6 month stuff.

DS was 8lb 4oz 21 in and 0-3 mo lasted 4-6 wks I think. He's 4 1/2mo now in 75th% for height and in 9 or 12 month clothes!

DS was 6lbs, 12ozs at birth and his 0-3 clothes are HUGE on him. He is 4 weeks old and they are still all pretty huge on him except the gerber onesies. I had to send my mom and dad to BRU to buy Newborn sleepers and my MIL and SIL bought us newborn onesies last week and fit really well now.

DD wore 0-3 for 2-3 months. I didn't bother with newborn clothes.

She was born 7lbs 2oz's.

DS was born at 6lbs. 12oz. and by the time he was 3 months old he was wearing 6-9 months clothing...

DD was bor na 6 lbs 4 oz and was in newborn until just about 3 months. She is now 7 months and just getting into 6 month clothes.

Just be aware that all clothes run differently size wise - Carters tends to run on the bigger size and some other brands are smaller...

My DD was out of 0-3 clothes by 6 weeks.
