It's going to depend on the coffee.
Every roast contains a different amount of caffeine.
I had one cup a day of caffeinated coffee through my whole pregnancy. (except in the first tri because it turned me off so badly for some reason)

how many k-cups
youre allowed 200mg i think. You need to check each brand or whatever to see what their caffeine content is.
