How many months to get preggo?
Hey all,
I hope everyone is doing well. I feel depressed me and hubby have been try to get preggo and doesnt seem to be happening. what is the average time it took people to get preggo?

I got my bfp on our 13th month trying. I know how frustrating it can be.

I was told around a year or so for healthy people without any fertility issues.

if you have sex at exactly the right time of the month every month for a year - your chances are only 50/50 according to my doctor...
We were successful on month 7....
It doesn't get easier with time - we all understand your pain!

I have shorter cycles so it took us 4 months, but 5 cycles, if that makes sense. I'm 31 and my doc had just told me if it didn't happen after 6 months to come in and she would do testing on us. Maybe hearing her say that calmed me down? I don't know...I know how frustrating it can be and I'm sorry.

with DS I got pg the 1st month, this time around I got pg the 2nd month, but had a m/c, now this is my 3rd cycle since m/c but the 1st cycle we didn't really try (just BD'd once around O time) not PG yet.....but December seems like a good month already so i'm praying.

With DS it was the first month trying
This time we are on month #5
I am 30 and my doctor told me that after 6 months that she wanted to see me for tests.

With DD, I got pregnant out first month TTC.
Since TTC again, I got pregnant our 4th month, then miscarried. We will be TTC again in the near future.
I have read that under perfect conditions and with perfect timing you have a 25% chance each month.

My obgyn told me that most women get pregnant within 6 months if you BD every other day between CD 10-20. If it takes longer than that, she said I could try ovulation kits. Then after a year, if you are serious about trying to get pregnant, you can visit a RE.
We ended up getting pregnant on our first month of TTC.
