How many of you still drink soda/coffee?
I have been craving a stinkin' soda, and am wondering if it is safe to have one.....I have no idea how much caffeine is in a soda.

I've had root beer and cream soda because they are both caffeine free. I also have a decaf iced coffee once a week lately.

I drink Sprite frequently. It is caffeine free and not sweetened with aspartame.
Occasionally I will drink a decaf coffee.

I drink a cup of coffee and a can of coke everyday. When I was PG with DS, I drank 2 cups of coffee a day. I was told that it is safe to have under 200mg of caffeine a day. An 8 oz cup of coffee has about 150 and a can of sode has about 35.

The large majority of the time I have water. A couple of times a week I will have root beer (no caffeine). On a few occassions I've had a diet coke.

Every morning I have a 16 oz cup of coffee which is 1/3 caf, 1/3 decaf and 1/3 half and half. I have a Diet Coke maybe 3 times a week. I have no guilts about it.

My OB, as well as D. Oz on Oprah, say it is safe to have under 300mg caffeine a day. I like to have a lot less, personally.
I usually have 1 cup of tea a day.
On hot days, I indulge in a cup of icy cold Coca Cola....mmmm.

i kept caffine out for most of my pregnancy but now towards the end ive started drinking coke a little and i had an ice coffe a few days ago. i think the caffine is more dangerous at the begining.

I have a coke about 3 times a week. the other days I usually have either an iced tea from the deli or a sprite. I try to take turns, but I think it is definitely ok as long as you keep it below the recommended amount!

i tend to stick with caffeine free stuff but if i am craving a soda (or a mcdonald's sweet tea ) i get them, i am not about to deprive myself!!

i don't drink caffeine but on occasion I have had the decaf coke. i feel better without it and find water so much more hydrating.

i'm not drinking coffee now because it's too hot out. but before that, i had it when i wanted it. sometimes decaf, sometimes regular.
soda i have all the time--regular or diet, caffeinated or decaf. doesn't matter to me because it's not like i'm drinking a 2 liter of it each day.
