I drank soda everyday. I would usually have a fountain coke b/c it stayed down.
You can have a soda.

I gave up caffiene all together. Occassionally, I'll have a sprite or a rootbeer, decaf Iced Tea and lemonade. But, I prefer to drink H20.

I drink soda and tea. My dr. said I could have 2 caffienated beverages per day and it would be fine.

I gave up caffene, but I indulge ina caffene free coke classic - the only one I can find thats not diet - and it is awsome!! Just like the real thing!

I have been craving hot stuff all throughout the pregnancy so far. I dont drink regular coffee i drank decaff like once a week, and either hot chocolate or vanilla chai tea. I just have to have something hot to drink in the mornings.

A few times a week I have caffeine free coke or pepsi. I don't crave ceffeine so I'm probably not much help. My doctor said 2 cups of caff per day is acceptable. Every doc is different though so you may want to check with your's.

Majority of the soda's I drink are caffiene free, unless we go out to dinner, then I will have a glass or two.
But I do drink a glass of iced tea with dinner...the rest of day is water.
I believe you can have the equivalent of two cups of coffee a day caffiene wise.

I never liked coffee or soda. I haven't drank tea b/c I usually only drink it when it's cold out. I'm sure soda and coffee are fine in moderation.

totally caffeine free over here... i used to LOVE chocolate and I can't even eat that anymore.
1-2 times a week i get a decaf caramel macchiato from SB and it's YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMY!

I was told 2 cups of coffee a day is ok---by the high risk--I dk if I would do both...I never liked soda anyhow--
there are just so many other healthy alternatives

I do.. I have a sip of soda in the morning to get me started and a sip at night.. if I go out to lunch at a resturant I will also order a soda... I think I am doing awesome drinking water the rest of the day (about 4 litters).. so having a sip or class here or there doesn't weight too heavy on my guilt.

I was told no for both, it increases miscarriages bc of the caffinee..
I was a 9 cup of coffee a day drinker and I was able to give it up for 9mts...
its not hard..
now I drink 1-2 espressos a day and when we start to TTC soon I will stop
