How many people does it take to change a diaper

well over here at Peter's house I need about 5 people to help me, OMG he is all over the place I swear it is very frustrating .. as soon as I put him down he flips and is all over the place I try to bring something with me so he will sit still I feel so bad because it is s annoying to change him !What can I do..I know this is such a lame complaint but it is so stressful it takes me like 15 min to change him..

DS did this for a bit around 11 months. He has stopped now, but I mentioned it to his doctor at his 12 month visit and she said it's likely to come up again--some sort of asserting their independence thing. I was embarassed when I brought him to a drop-off babysitting center I use sometimes and I heard two of the women had to change him together!

Sorry you are going through this, it's annoying. Giving him some object to distract him helped sometimes--for him a clean diaper or his hairbrush often worked. Also sticking my tongue out at him--he thinks it's funny.
