He slept a lot and still does!
He's been on a "cat nap" run as of lately sleeping 1/2 hr to 1 hr instead of 2-4 hours when he was a few weeks younger. He's 9 weeks now.

Samantha pretty much sleeps in between feedings. The past couple of days though I'm noticing she is much more alert and will be wide awake for about a half hour after she eats.

Re: how much did your 6 week old sleep?
DS is a power napper.. in between feedings, he always goes down for 20-30 min.,..
at 1pm each day, my mom comes over and he sleeps on her for 2+ hours..

Re: how much did your 6 week old sleep?
We get a 3 hr nap in the morning- from 10-1pm and then another nap at around 4pm to 7pm. He then goes down from 10pm to around 2am. Sleeps 3am until around 5-6am. He will be 5 weeks on Sat.

Sleep....? What is this sleep you speak of?
At 5 weeks, he gave up sleeping.

Re: how much did your 6 week old sleep?
Jake-a-roo is a champion sleeper - he takes after Daddy.
During the day, he is up no more than two hours after his bottle. Then, he naps for almost 2 hours before the next one, give or take 30 mins or so depedning upon the day.
At night, he is usually in the bassinet no later than midnight, and up btwn 4-5:30 to eat, quickly back down and starts the day at 7-8:30 and the cycle begins again.
He is 9 weeks, and this has been the case since he is about a week old. His time up btwn bottles is getting increasingly longer, and he is much more alert when he is up.
