How much do you spend on groceries per week?

On another mothers board I am on ( that is national) ppl were saying they spent like $60-80 a week for a family of four. I have never spent less than $100 on a weeks groceries, I was wondering if it was the COL in their area, or do I just suck at shopping Even with coupons, I am spending a lot!
So what do you typically spend?

$150-$200 FAMILY OF 5. I buy 99% organic stuff so my cost shoots up

Latly I can not seem to spend less then $130 a week for a family of 4. It makes me sick to spend that much especially since it doesnt seem like I am getting a lot for that money. Typically the bill is $130-$150.

I went yesterday and it was $220 for a family of 3. Granted I did stock up. I always spend above $150.

A week? About $150 on average, family of 4 who all eat.

We spend $130-$150 every two weeks. I don't go shopping every week, I HATE grocery shopping!

ETA: We are family of 4, but only 3 of us eat table food

Yeah , I usually spend $130 ish. Sometimes I have to buy diapers there, and I do buy Organic milk and veggies, but even knowing that , itseems like alot for what I get.

We usually spend about $100-$125 for our family of 3. Most of the time it's all stuff for DH and I though. I am a coupon cutter so I do okay there....it's often the produce that gets me. Salad fixings, fruits and veggies are $$. Oh yeah, how can I forget the baby's organic milk.

i spend usually about $100-$130/week. Not sure how it gets that high. We are a family of 3 but baby is only about 7 months. I do buy some organic food for him but mostly it is food for DH and I. Since I'm on WW it seems like I spend more on food. Go figure. Actually, prior to WW I was also buying lunch at work on top of this. Now I bring my lunch so I guess it evens out.

when you say grocery shopping do you mean shampoo and razors and all that stuff along with food??
I do a lot of my food shopping at Target (snacks,frozen food,juice,granola bars etc) but I also buy the shampoo and whatever together so I am really not sure what I spend exactly

Too much!

We average about $800-$1000 a month on groceries! But, keep in mind, we RARELY eat out, and we also eat a lot of organic, non-processed, whole wheat and israeli specialty food, so we spend more for that reason alone. That's why we joined the farm co-op, to keep our produce expenses down during the spring and summer months.

I spend about $125 for DH and I and that usually only includes about $10 in baby food. Then I hit BJs twice a months and that's usually $150. We spend way to much....I can't imagine if DS grows up eating like DH

I spend about $120 every week - week and a half. On top of that we make a Costco trip about once a month to stock up on stuff like soda, water, etc.

about $130 wk for our family, this includes the puppy's food and weekly dingo bone

We also spend at least $100 per trip every week for a family of 3. It boggles my mind. On top of that I spend at least $250 at BJ's about once a month (diapers, paper goods, shampoo, etc.)

My DD is allergic to milk so I spend alot buying her milk free/organic products.

We go every 2 weeks and spend about $250-$300.

Ours is usually between $110 and $140 for the two of us and the baby. DH eats a lot of meat and cold cuts. That seems to be where it all goes.

I spend about $100 - $150 per week and then each month we make a trip to BJs and that is about $200 - $250.

We sepnd about $100 a week. We also go to Costco about once a month and spend maybe $100. Mostly meats and anything we can stockup on.

I honestly have no idea, but I'm positive it's way more than $60-80. I don't have a regular shopping schedule and I tend to pick up things here and there and from different places so I've never actually added it all up.

I would say around $120-130 for the three of us, though that's more like 2. We usually get diapers and wipes elsewhere, but we do buy formula at the store sometimes.

I spend about $800 a month including trips to the price club. I am always surprised by how much it is...It doesn't seem like we eat that much. I think its because I buy mostly perishable foods.
