Just at King Kullen we spend $100 a week at least - and that is just for DH and I since DS is BF! But, that also includes like 15 poland spring waters! I am soo bad! We also eat out a lot. The supermarket in my area is very overpriced though...I find it just as $$$ as when I lived in NYC.

about 100. (but i clip coupons) it saves me at least 20 - 30

also i don't buy snacks or soda. just a lot of fruit and veggies.

We shop every 2 weeks and spend about $140.00 on average so about $280.00 per month

it varies, maybe 75.00 a week?

We never go out to eat, we order pizza once every 2 weeks.

But, Leo works for a steakhouse, so I get out of cooking dinners pretty often.

We eat a ton of soups and Rachel Ray meals. Most lunches are beans and rice...

I buy organic produce and eggs...but I only buy what is in season.

Anytime there is a buy one get one sale, I jump on it.

We aren't soda drinkers, but Leo loves that indian river 4.00 orange juice and drinks one every 2 days...that adds up. We also love Naked drinks, that definitely adds up quickly.

around 800 per month at the grocery store. I kills me, i try to buy what ever is on sale only.

I find King Kullen to be very expensive. Maybe thats b/c they double coupons? I only get a few things there that I can't find elsewhere.
My Dh drinks those vitamin waters- those are very $$$. I feel like everything I put in my cart is at least $4, you know?

I dont know exactly how much I spend on groceries per week but it averages out to less than $140 a week...Im a great shopper and stock up on things when they are on sale...we dont eat out at all..or even get take out. I only buy meats that are on sale and will go to sometimes 3 separate supermarkets to catch the "front page" items...(it helps that I have all the major supermarkets really close to my house.

Too much!

We average about $800-$1000 a month on groceries! But, keep in mind, we RARELY eat out, and we also eat a lot of organic, non-processed, whole wheat and israeli specialty food, so we spend more for that reason alone. That's why we joined the farm co-op, to keep our produce expenses down during the spring and summer months.

Family of 3, we spend about $200 every two weeks. We eat-in a lot so a lot of home meals and lunches for work. This also includes diapers, cleaning supplies, formula, not just food.

I spend about 80 in the grocery store...However then I end up in costco buying diapers and other nonsense. I bet thats how they are spending 60-80 bc diapers alone can cost 27 a box.

I spend between $150-$175 every week for a family of three!! I buy a lot of organic but not all.

Oh, and that doesn't include diapers, shampoo etc from Target or random runs to the food store to pick up one or two things

$100/week for a family of four. That does not include any food that is either eaten out or take in though.

I need shopping lessons from some of you guys!

I have a family of 4 (2 adults, a 6 year old and a 4 year old). My regular groceries are about $150-$175 per week. If I need to buy meat that bill can easily shoot up to $200. I also take bi-weekly trips to Costco for the kids - water, snacks, juice boxes, etc... and that is usually about $100-$125. And then there is fish. I only buy fish from the fish market on the day we plan to eat it. We usually have fish once a week and the bill is about $15 dollars give or take depending on the type of fish. All totalled? About $1000 per month.

If we could learn to stop eating I could get that new washing machine I need!
