How often do you visit/see your immediate family - parents, siblings?

Just wondering -

My parents and siblings live about 15 minutes from us - but we see each other once a week or every two weeks. I wish it was more.

I usually go and visit them - but since DD started nursery school everyday - we don't see each other as often.....

Do you usually visit them or do they visit you?

My parents probably two to three times a week. Cousins and aunts and uncles every few weeks.

We all go to my dad's usually every Sunday!
My dad, brother, SIL, DH, and I all bowl on a league together Wed. nights as well.
So, 2x a week.
I see my sister 2-3 times a week. We like to do stuff with our kiddies whenever we can.

My MIL we see every week since she watches DD on Mondays. We don't see my father or siblings nearly enough. Apparently NJ is too far to travel to....

We see each set of parents about twice a week, but that's because my mom amd MIL each watch DS 2 afternoons a week while I work. Then we'll see them on the weekend too if there is some sort of family occasion. We see my sister probably a couple of times a week, even if it's just in passing, because she lives right next door. BIL atleast once a week because he and DH are very close. And my SIL probably once a week or once every other.

We see my parents and brother 2 times per year.

My other brother and sister have only met DS once. (He is now 2)

We live all over the East Coast.

We see DH's mom about 2 times per month. (She lives about 1 1/2 hours away)

My parents once a week, and my brother once or twice a month.
His family, not very often, they live upstate. We see his parents maybe once every 3-4 months, and his brother 2-3 times a year. His sister hasn't even met them yet.

I see my parents once or twice a week... my sister I'll usually see twice a week. Same with DH's parents... we see them once, maybe twice on the weekend. Both sets of parents live 10-15 mins away.

My mom lives in the same town as us. She comes over 3 nights a week to have dinner with me and the kids, and is gone well before DH gets home. Depending on what's going on during the weekend we might see her then too.

My brother lives near us too, we see him once every 2 or 3 weeks.

My BIL and his wife live about 20 minutes away, we see them about once a month.

Well all of our family minus DH brother and SIL and my brother all live within a 20 E&W of us. We see them a few times a week. My mom more than anything, she babysits DS if DH and I are out. My MIL sees him about 4times a month. She works overnights in a hospital, so her hours are wacky.

I have no family on LI So we see my mom every 6 weeks on average (she stays for at least the weekend, usually longer, so that's good); my sister is 6+ hours away, so we only see them 3-4 times a year

DH's whole family is on LI. His mom watches DD 3x/week, so that's pretty frequent. DH does the drop off/pick up, so he sees her 3x/week, I'll see her every few weeks. His brother (and SIL and nephew) we usually will see every weekend or every other weekend. We're really close with them and live only 10 minutes apart. DH will also go to their house some week nights too to watch a game or play cards while I stay home with DD while she's sleeping.

About every 3 weeks for each person. No one lives that close to us.

I speak to my sisters everyday on the phone.

I see my younger sister about once a week. I see my older sister.. once or twice a month? Sometimes more.

My brother lives in Georgia. I saw him in June. Before that it was in 2003 and before that it was in 2001.

We see Rob's family every Sunday - his mom, his 2 sisters and their children. We used to see his older sister alot more often but.. life gets busy. One of his brother's lives in Texas and we haven't seen him in years. The other lives near his parents but we only see him on special holidays.. if that.

My parents about 1-2x a week, sometimes more, sometimes less.

My sister probably about 3-4x a month.

DH's step mom and younger siblings about once every other month (our schedules really clash )

DH's mom we see 1x a year, DH's sister we see 2x a year.

I usually see my mom every weekend.

I usually see my father every other weekend (breakfast or something like that)

My brothers - not as often - monthly maybe

DH's family, Ryan sees weekly if they're in town, but I don't see as often

I see my parents every other day usually. I see my ILs a few times a week (they watch the kids 3 days, but we usually see them other days as well). My brother lives in MA, so we see him about once a month. One SIL lives in California, so we see her 3-4 times a year. The other one still lives at home, so we see her 1-2 times a week.

none of our siblings are in the same state as me.. so next to never is my answer there

Same for parents on both sides.

However, I have an Aunt who has practically been a stand-in grandma for AJ. We see her weekly. She lives about 25mins away. Every single weekend we go over and spend the whole day with her. Even if it means just dropping AJ off while we run errands AJ gets to see her always (unless one or the other is sick). The Aunt comes with us for shopping, hair cuts, etc. Its kinda cute. tomorrow we are going to sea world together as a 'family'.

My aunt got pregnant back in 1974 and had an abortion. From the abortion, she can no longer have children of her own. Due date was Aug 20th. One year later I was born early and came out on Aug 20th, ever since she's treated me differently and now that I have a daughter of my own, well lets just say AJ can do no wrong!

My parents....every single day. They watch my kids and we live close so I am always stopping over or they stop by me.

Inlaws: at least 2 times a week. If they didn't work, it would be more often

Siblings: My brother about 3 times a week. DH's sister..once a week. If she didn't work and lived closer it would be more often too. She goes through withdrawels not seeing my kids as much as she wants to.

I'm in NJ and my parents and brothers are in LI. We see my parents about 2-3 times per month and my brothers about 1 time per month - they are younger and have crazy schedules. We don't really see my extended family all that much - once every few months for holidays and birthdays.

DH's family - she usually stops by 1 time per week to see DD or we'll see her with SIL one time per week. We usually see SIL and her kids once a week or every other week. Schedules are really busy there too.

-my mom and stepfather around once a week-but they are very involved with my DS life-they make such an effort
-my dad/stepmom, one of DH brother/SIL, and DH parents 1-3x a month
-My sister-almost never, maybe once every 3-5 months
-DH other brother and SIL once a week-they watch DS one day a week for us

We live an hour and a half from our families. Normally, we see them every 2 to 3 weeks, although with the birth of DD we have seen them every week since mid September.

we used to see them more often but now we see parents once a week, and siblings not as often (them i wish we saw more) except my bil who we see atleast once a week

I see my family maybe 3-4 times a year if I'm lucky. They live in a different state, nowhere near us.

My In-laws we see everyday. We live in an apartment in their house.

My parents, sister and her family we see usually once a week.
