How often do you work out? What do you do?
I like to take walks. I can't seem to get to the gym more then twice a week. I was thinking of doubling my time I spend at the gym those two days. Occasionally I swim. I would love to get more time in for that.

the past few months i've been trying to get to the gym 5-6 times a week. i always do cardio (either the elliptical or treadmill) and a few upper body machines as well. and i usually work out for an hour and half.

5-6 times a week.
Right now I'm taking a boot camp class- that's one hour 3 days a week. 2 days a week I have personal training. In between that I do cardio on the elliptical.
After boot camp class is over, I'm going to go back to a different schedule. I plan on taking a class twice a week. I want to start easing back into running and I'm going to get on the elliptical as well. I also do full body workouts 3-4 times a week.

Right now 3-4 days a week. Closer to the 3 though. I go to physical therapy 3 days a week for my shoulder but once I start going there less, I'll be able to go to the gym more.

i take a variety of classes:
spinning zumba barre burn pilates yoga kettlebells

5 days a week..... -I do split weight training sessions using free weights -jog/run on treadmill doing HIIT as well as steady rate (approx 45 minutes) -once in a while I'll use our stationary bike (for times when my hip is acting up) -hooked on doing things with XBox kinect....fitness evolved, dance central, zumba -yoga DVD's -I have P90X but that sucker is killer!! -and now thanks to lipglossjunky73 I can add doing Tabata (HOLY BLEEEEEPPPP)...I cannot wait to see those results!!!
But at minimum I walk at least 7 miles (I wear a fitbit to track distance)
ETA- I workout at home...i have a treadmill, stationary upright bike, ski machine, bowflex...you would think with all this I'd be in better shape LOL

Wow. All of you girls have great routines!!!
Do you think it matters if I work out 2 hours for two days, instead of four days a week for an hour?
I am going today, I know I can't make it for the rest of the week.

I run 5 days a week:
3 days: straight run for 35 minutes for about 2.6 miles 2 days: interval run for 35 minutes for about 2.6 miles
Time and distance include warm up/cool down times.
In August it was a struggle for me to walk one mile.

5-6 days a week. Between working full time and having a 2 yr old its hard but i make myself do it. I do videos (Insanity now also used Jillian Michaels), and i also have a small gym in my office where i use the eliptical and treadmill and free weights

5 days a week. I do cardio on the elliptical for 30-40 min and strength (arms and legs only right now) for 30 min all while 8 months pregnant! Very proud of myself!!!!

I run 6 days a week and lift 3 days a week. My schedule looks something like this.
M ~60 minutes (6-8 miles) with Lifting T ~60 minutes (6-8 miles) W ~60 minutes (6-8 miles) with Lifting Th ~60 minutes (6-8 miles) F - REST Sat - Easy Run ~30-40 minutes (4 - 5 miles) with Lifting Sun - Long Run ~90 minutes (10-12 miles)
ETA:
One the snow finally melts to me and the weather moderates, I will start doing track/hill workouts - I hate those.

Hot yoga at least 3 nights a week. LOVE it!
In the summer time, I tend to try to get out there and walk a lot.
I wish I had the time to do more, but I am a F/T working mom and feel guilty as it is doing what I do!

Now I am running 3 days per week, Insanity 2 days, and rest 2 days.

i try and do something everyday.
i take kids in jogging stroller for 3 miles...that is almost daily. take the bike out exercise classes
i try and do it every night, but ends up being like 3-4 nights a week...from 8-8:30...weights in my hand while i watch my shows doing reps from 30 day shred.

I usually work out 5 days a week. 1 day is a long run- 6 plus miles 3 days- shorter runs- 2-3 miles and half hour of weights 1 day- walking incline and 40 minute weights

I just started working out again after taking 3 years off!! I really hate exercise.
I usually do 30 minutes cardio/strength training DVD. I mix it up though. Every day something different. Jillian Michael's 30 day shred, bootcamp dvd, yoga and pilates dvd, so that way the dvd collection doesn't get boring like it has in the past.
I thought I had something to be proud of and then I read this thread and I now realize I am pathetic
I guess my goal should be an hour a day... I did 35 minutes tuesday, 30 minutes wed, 40 min thursday and 20 min today... I only worked out two hours this week...

Atleast 3x a week - 45 mins of cardio (elliptical or stairmaster) and 2x a week I either do the weight machines or I take a class.

2x per week personal training sessions. we do everything from weights, plyometrics, pilates and kickboxing.
1-2x per week yoga
2-3x per week 45 minutes cardio. (except when I run outdoors--I only do 35 minutes then.)

i'm just getting the ball rolling again, so i've been doing 30 minutes on the elliptical 6 days a week.
once i feel like my cardio endurance is back on track, i'll start working in some power yoga a la bryan kest DVDs for strength and flexibility.
and when i can, i add a 3 mile walk with my dog (who keeps a breakneck pace) to my regular routine.

5 days a week... 3 of those days I run 3 miles. The two other days I do some other kind of cardio, elliptical, walking on elliptical on high incline, etc...

I think I work out 5 days a week more or less.
I either take dance based classes, spend time creating choreography, work out with kettlebells or use something called SBT (suspended body weight trainer). I also like pilates and weights based classes and I'll run occassionally but I prefer to dance.
