I try to walk everyday. I would like to get to the gym more because I feel like I get a better more complete workout there.

I run 6 days a week and lift 3 days a week. My schedule looks something like this.
M ~60 minutes (6-8 miles) with Lifting T ~60 minutes (6-8 miles) W ~60 minutes (6-8 miles) with Lifting Th ~60 minutes (6-8 miles) F - REST Sat - Easy Run ~30-40 minutes (4 - 5 miles) with Lifting Sun - Long Run ~90 minutes (10-12 miles)
ETA:
One the snow finally melts to me and the weather moderates, I will start doing track/hill workouts - I hate those. Your body must be sick!!

4-5 days a week. Run at least 2 days per week 3-4 miles. Another day I will do a warm up run 1.5 miles and then weights. I also integrate at least 1 cardio DVD or 2 of Insanity or a Jillian Michael's DVD.

I try to get to the gym at least 3 days a week.
I work full time, Grad school full time.
I'm hoping in May when I graduate I can take it up another notch.

4-5 days a week
I do crossfit 2 nights a week. I run 3-4 days per week (some days I have to double up).

3-4 times a week. I do Physique 57 2x a week, Pilates at least 1 time a week, and take a dance class 1 day a week when I can.

Insanity 6x a week will do wonders.
Have you done it? I really want to try it. I was turned off by the hefty price tag, it's half the price of my yearly gym membership lol. Do you think it's super worth it?

5 days a week
2 days strength training (P90X) 3 days cardio (I run 3 miles or I do the Cardio X or Plyo DVD from the P90X series)

I workout 5 or 6 days a week. My current weight training split is 3 days. 2 days are "functional" workouts including TRX work and one day of heavy weight training (squats, leg extensions, hack squats or dead lifts, sumos and leg curls) Then I do HIIT cardio 3 days a week and then steady state cardi 2 or 3 days a week.

omg how do you girls find the time? I only do 3. But I walk and climb steps daily (no car/work commute and live in walk up).
